Welcome to Rival! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rival application and services (the "Service"), provided by me, the owner of Rival ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using my Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your Account
To use Rival, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to my systems or another user’s account.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain my exclusive property. The "Rival" name, logo, and other trademarks are protected by copyright and other laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any right or license to use these trademarks.
4. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. I do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall I, the owner of Rival, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
I may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
